참치 비빔밥
재료 : 쌀밥, 참치, 양상추, 무순, 깻잎, 오이, 비빔 고추장

1. 참치는 체에 밭쳐 기름기를 뺀다.
2. 양상추는 흐르는 물에 씻은 후 먹기 좋은 크기로 찢어준다.
3. 무순은 깨끗하게 씻어서 준비한다.
4. 깻잎과 오이는 채 썰어 준비한다.
5. 그릇에 쌀밥을 넣고 참치와 양상추, 무순, 깻잎, 오이를 차례로 올려준다.
6. 비빔 고추장을 취향에 맞게 뿌린 후 재료와 함께 비벼준다.
