궁중닭떡볶이 조리방법
해동 및 가열조리방법
1.닭고기를 봉지째로 흐르는 물 또는 냉장고 냉장실에서 완전히 해동합니다.
2.냄비에 해동된 닭고기를 넣고 약4분간 가열 조리합니다.
3.물200ml와 떡,소스를 넣고 약 6분간 가열 조리합니다.
간편 가열조리방법
1.냉동상태의 닭고기를 봉지째로 흐르는 물에 약 5분간 담가둡니다.
2.냄비에 냉동상태의 닭고기와 소스,물 350ml을 넣고 뚜껑을 닫은채로 약 10분간 가열 조리합니다.
3.떡을 넣고 약5분간 가열 조리합니다.
